Outside of work hours, she is hard at work cultivating and expanding her knowledge in different areas, currently studying psychology in tertiary education. Outside of her academic and professional endeavours, Shaylen enjoys spending her time with friends, engaging with social sporting associations and is passionate about experiencing the outdoors, with the Hinterland being one of her favourite regions to spend time and explore.
