About Chris Gosper
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and community housing sector, Chris began her career as a Property Manager in Bundaberg before spending the last 18+ years as a Community Housing Tenancy, Property, and Asset Manager across Bundaberg and the Sunshine Coast. She is well-known for her expertise in handling QCAT preparation and hearings for compensation claims, as well as managing complex property renovations and maintenance.
Having grown up helping her parents with fixer-upper homes, Chris developed a passion for property management from an early age, which naturally led her to this field.
She takes pride in ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standard, treating each property with the same care and attention she would her own. Chris’ approach ensures that both owners and tenants feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
Outside of work, Chris is passionate about spending time with friends and family, especially her two daughters, as well as advocating for fairness in housing. A coffee lover, book enthusiast, and fan of poolside relaxation, she was honored in 2018 with the District Officer Certificate from the Moreton Bay Police for her assistance in a high-stakes situation, a proud moment in her career.
When you deal with Chris, you’re not just working with a highly skilled professional, but someone who genuinely cares about delivering the best outcomes for everyone involved. Her vast experience and proactive approach make her an excellent fit for our team, ensuring our properties are always in good hands.
