With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a naturally detail-driven mindset, Ken keeps our Property Management department running smoothly behind the scenes. She ensures compliance standards are met with care and consistency, and handles invoice payments with accuracy and efficiency.

Before joining our team, she built a career in customer service, social media, and communications coordination spanning real estate, hospitality, and casino guest services. These experiences have shaped her strengths in relationship-building, communication, and team training.

Friendly and approachable, Ken is known for her calm and capable manner and her knack for spotting the little things that make a big difference. When she’s not keeping us organised, she loves catching up with friends over a great meal and exploring new local restaurants.
