Before real estate, Sahlesh successfully ran his own retail business for over a decade. That experience shaped his service-first mindset. He understands that communication, transparency and follow-up aren’t “extras” they are essential. When he says he’ll call, he calls. When you have a question, he responds. Buyers consistently appreciate knowing they’re being looked after.

Having personally been involved in designing and building property, and completing formal studies in real estate and development, he also understands the process from both sides. That means he can confidently walk you through contracts, timelines, and the building journey in a way that makes sense particularly important when purchasing off the plan.

Outside of work, Sahlesh is a proud family man, cricket and Formula One enthusiast, and a dedicated runner, a reflection of his disciplined, steady approach both professionally and personally.
